This show will take the audience on a chilling journey to the coldest places on Earth! Wrap up warm because snow and ice is forecast…
From icebergs to iceburgers, polar paws to penguins, we want to make sure that we have a white winter in Cardiff this year.
The range of endothermic encounters will take you on journey from the Arctic to the Antarctic, where we will discover why polar bears can’t wear high heels and why penguins love bubbles.
But be warned… with this sudden drop in temperature, we may even experience some snowfall!
Our live science show presenters adapt to the audience in front of them, so anyone from 5 to 95 should find plenty to engage with!
You may not find the live demos as relevant for under-5s, but please check with staff before booking if you’re unsure.
Please note that every show ticket must be booked in conjunction with a valid admissions ticket. Availability is limited, so the best way to guarantee your space is to book in advance.
There is a loud bang at the end of this show. Ear defenders will be given out before the show starts, and plenty of warnings will be given before the bang.
