Position: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

Do you have a passion for sharing STEM topics with others and creating curiosity about science in everyone around you?
We’re looking for a highly-organised, proactive science communicator with a passion for delivering exciting and engaging content to children and adults alike.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, with the ability to instil that passion in others to bring out the best in their team; someone who’s determined to take our live science opportunities at Techniquest to stratospheric levels!
Responsible for the running of the Science Theatre, Planetarium and KLA Lab, along with overseeing science ‘busking’ and overall visitor engagement on the exhibition floor, they will also have a sound understanding of health and safety, as they will be responsible for all aspects of storage and use of chemicals with both school and public activities.
