With not long to go until the big day itself, Santa calls on his closest Elf, Bunsen, to help with some important finishing touches.
In a terrible and predictable twist of fate, the list given to them by Santa goes up in a ball of flames and Bunsen is forced to reach out to the audience to help ensure that Christmas isn’t in trouble!
From fireballs to snowballs, join Bunsen in their magical grotto laboratory as they face their toughest challenge yet! Can they use science (and a pinch of Christmas spirit) to help Santa when he needs it most?

Aimed at children aged 5+ but everyone is welcome. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility
There is space for two wheelchairs (please select a wheelchair ticket when booking). Our Science Theatre is an enclosed area, but you can leave if you’d like to. Ear defenders are available on request. Sensory bags are available from the ticket desk (£20 refundable deposit, subject to availability).

Tickets
Please note that every show ticket must be booked in conjunction with a valid admissions ticket. Availability is limited, so the best way to guarantee your space is to book in advance.

Take a seat in our 90-person tiered auditorium, where our engaging presenter will show you some incredible experiments.
Depending on the show, they could involve ferocious fire, crazy chemicals, exciting explosions or ridiculous rocket launches!
Please note that we are able to accommodate 2 guests in wheelchairs per show.
