A terrible theft has happened at Techniquest, and it’s up to you to don your lab coat and become a super-sleuth.

Unlock the secrets of forensic science as you unearth hidden clues. You’ll dive into the world of crime-solving by looking for fingerprints, analysing mysterious clothing fibres, and uncovering the secrets of ink through chromatography.

Will you accept this mission to crack the case, and apprehend the elusive culprit?

• Minimum age requirement: 7+

  This activity is not suitable for children under 7. All children booked into the workshop must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult. Children under 7 will not be admitted.

• Accessibility

  There is space for two wheelchairs. Our KLA Lab is an enclosed area, but you can leave if you’d like to. Sensory bags are available from the ticket desk (£20 refundable deposit, subject to availability).

  Please note that every workshop ticket must be booked in conjunction with a valid admissions ticket. Availability is limited, so the best way to guarantee your space is to book in advance.
