Gromit Claystation Workshop

Join us for a fun and hands-on Gromit model-making session.

You’ll be able to get creative with clay and make your very own Gromit to take home with you.

The workshops will be delivered by Techniquest team members, who’ve been specially trained by Aardman’s expert model-makers.

We’ll also be screening the Wallace & Gromit Cracking Contraptions short films throughout the workshop. So you can chuckle away at Wallace’s wonderfully eccentric ideas while you get crafty!

• Kit details

  Each Gromit clay kit costs £5 and can make 1 Gromit model. Children (under-16s) must be accompanied in the workshop by an adult, however the adult does not need to pay extra unless they also wish to have their own kit. Maximum 2 people per kit.

• Minimum age requirement: 5+

  This activity is not suitable for children under 5. All children (under-16s) booked into the workshop must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Children under 5 will not be admitted.

• Accessibility

  There is space for two wheelchairs. The Bradbury Zone is an enclosed area, but you can leave if you’d like to. Sensory bags are available from the ticket desk (£20 refundable deposit, subject to availability).

• Tickets

  Please note that every workshop ticket must be booked in conjunction with a valid admissions ticket. Availability is limited, so the best way to guarantee your space is to book in advance.
