Techniquest is the perfect venue for a formal dinner, located in the heart of Cardiff Bay.

Dinner events are perfect for entertaining clients or awards ceremonies. Techniquest is a unique and fun venue for any dinner function. The venue can host up to 200 guests for this type of event and has plenty of great features to keep your guests entertained.

Gently spiced lamb koftas with charred watermelon, rose yoghurt & pidina bread
Duck hash, crispy potato, apple slaw, onion jam, wild herbs
Roasted butternut & crème fraîche velouté laced with chives & served with crusty focaccia

Organic Chicken breast, colcannon potato cake, greens, leek & wholegrain mustard sauce
Braised welsh beef, bourguignon garnish, roast garlic mash, roasted vegetables with a rich jus
Sea bass, braised baby fennel, tomato & chervil mash, roasted aubergine
Roasted vegetable & lentil strudel, red pepper coulis, roasted new potatoes
