The xTag system allows you to store photos, videos and information from our new exhibits, and then share them with friends and family through social media.

How to use xTag

To get started, simply purchase an xTag card when you buy a ticket through our website, or ask for one when you arrive. You can sign up for an account and register your unique card through one of the xTag terminals, located on both floors of the main exhibition. Look out for the signs on the walls, or ask a member of the team to point them out to you.

There are over 50 exhibits that you’ll be able to collect information from, to continue your experience from home: you can even capture photos and video content on some exhibits! Just look out for the scanners on the side of the touchscreens as you make your way around the centre and remember to scan your card when you use the exhibits — it’s just like scanning a bar code at the supermarket.

Finally, when you’ve left for the day, you can access everything you’ve saved during your visit: use the login box on this page with the same details you registered with us on-site. And don’t forget to keep your card safe as you can use it the next time you visit!
